Mechanism of Action

This antibacterial agent appears as a white powder with high activity. It is easily adsorbed by bacteria and viruses, acting on the cell wall or cell membrane systems of bacteria, fungi, and algae. By binding with cellular phospholipid compounds, it rapidly disrupts their membrane structures, causing intracellular substances to leak out. It also inhibits certain enzymes attached to the cell membrane, thereby suppressing the division function of bacteria and viruses and rendering them unable to reproduce. Meanwhile, its high polymer structure enhances effective activity, making its bactericidal efficacy significantly higher than that of other general antibacterial agents. Additionally, bacteria are less likely to develop resistance.

Safety: Non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, mucous membranes, or eyes, and does not cause skin allergies. In acute oral toxicity tests, the oral LD50 for both male and female mice was >5000mg/kg body weight; the mean skin irritation score in rabbits was 0, indicating no practical irritation.
Long-Lasting: Does not induce bacterial resistance and remains effective over time.
Environmentally Friendly: Colorless, odorless, non-volatile, and free from heavy metals, halogens, phenols, and aldehydes. Non-corrosive to various surface treatments.
Scope of Application
Can be added to various foam materials (PP/PE/PVC/EVA/EPS/PU/silicone rubber) during production, such as creating foam products with antibacterial functions like shoe materials and automotive interiors.

Related Toxicity Test Results
The mouse polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test showed that this disinfectant does not cause micronuclei in mouse polychromatic cells.
The mouse sperm deformity test indicated that this disinfectant does not cause deformities in male mouse sperm.
In the cumulative toxicity test, after 20 days of administration, no mice died, and the cumulative coefficient k was >5, indicating weak cumulative toxicity.
In the skin sensitization test, the sensitization rate in guinea pigs was 0%, with no observed skin allergic reactions, demonstrating that this disinfectant has no sensitizing effects.
